RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Dear customers, we provide you with the option to exchange or return any item purchased from www.shopmcmt.com within 14 days of receiving it!

You may request a return or exchange if the product you ordered:

does not meet your expectations
is not the right size
is not your preferred style
has a factory defect

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another size or model, please fill out the return form included with your package.
After completing the form, you must send the parcel at your own expense to the following address:

Send the parcel without cash on delivery and with the “open before payment” option.

RETURN

If you wish to return the purchased item and receive a refund, please fill out the return form included with your package.
After completing the form, please send the parcel at your own expense to the following address via SPEEDY or ECONT, with the “open before payment” option:

Once we receive the returned parcel, and if it meets our return & exchange conditions, your refund will be processed to the bank account specified in the form within 7 business days.

IMPORTANT

Refunds are made only via bank transfer. All bank and transaction fees are fully covered by MESI ZONE Ltd., so you will receive the full amount of your returned item without any additional charges.

If the return or exchange is due to our mistake, www.shopmcmt.com will cover all courier costs.
